Mario Suarez C.O.O.

Mario Suarez is a retired veteran Police Officer from the Atlantic City Police Department. 

Mario has 30 years experience as Chief Operations and Security Coordinator for a NJ franchise corporation.

  

• Assist in developing security training material such as workplace violence awareness and new employee orientation
• Exercising judgment and initiative for operations of security systems including video and internet applications
• Supervising staff to work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results
• Assist with coordination for placement of contracted physical security equipment
• Assist with security assessments and prepare security planning for franchise expansion and special events
• Supervise and coordinate the crisis management team for active threat preparation. 

Mario Suarez has a degree in Political Science, is also a local mentor and volunteer with teenage inner city youth.  He is a trained Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children and is a member of local Economic Development Board.
