Retiring from the Atlantic City Police Department after 26 years service, Patrick’s education and experience in the Atlantic City Police Department jump started a career as a licensed Private Investigator , Security Instructor, Security Agency Owner and Consultant. Patrick’s experience as a Police Officer and Police Supervisor in multi-cultural communities added an element involving communications in de-escalation and community policing initiatives. Having exposure, and handling a broad spectrum of cases through out his career developed him in many areas and aspects of Law Enforcement. His unique leadership and management style, along with his methods of instruction, have garnered him respect from both Law Enforcement and Security professionals alike. Patrick has received many community based awards, along with a number of life saving and meritorious service awards from the Police Department and community. Patrick attended Rutgers College as a pre-veterinary student, became a NJ certified veterinary technician and has been involved in the training and medical aspects of canine units prior to, during , and after his retirement. Presently Patrick is a trained and certified critical incident stress manager, Patrick supervised a Team of Officers to council those Officers involved in the 911 world trade center incident in New York, New York in 2001.
